First and foremost, they were particularly unique to work with because of their teamwork - they frequently stepped in and helped one another out if needed. This most recent closing took five months, due to an onslaught of rare, unforeseen issues. With each hurdle we came to, I felt completely confident that this group of individuals would walk me through the process unscathed. Not only did I have contact almost daily with Thorel (a saint of a paralegal), but both attorneys assigned to my case - Bill and John - were extremely responsive via phone and email. Never did I feel that the process was taking longer than expected because of waiting on my own attorneys. At the closing itself, we hit even more bumps in the road, and John was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond with tasks such as faxing a 30 page document to the buyer's bank. The difficulties carried on into the day after the closing, and I will say that John was absolutely on top of everything and helped to ease my anxieties.
