Foster Law Office in Sayre

This office is absolutely unprofessional, and detrimental to any case that the client has conservative political views. I am absolutely disgusted by the behavior and work, or lack thereof, that this office has claimed to do on my behalf. 0/10 would NEVER recommend! I wish I could rate them less than half a star

My review of our business with the Foster Law Firm is as follows: We experienced cruel, intimidating, and unprofessional conduct. Me, my wife, and our 4 children really needed their help. After they gained our confidence and money, it is apparent that they are not going to work for us and are bullying us into thinking we are no good and that he can’t take our case. First it was “we have too many cases to deal with you” then he writes that we were too demanding. If you had too many cases why take us on? Of course we are demanding, we gave them money for a service they claimed they would provide, and now are refusing. It was absolutely shocking the way one of the Lawyers, Mr. Foster, spoke to my wife. I can’t help but wonder if it is racially motivated, or if he just rips off poor people.

9/7/2023- Foster law firm is not worth any rating. Jonathan Foster Jr is a cons man. He has lack of communication, misrepresentation and dishonesty. I will be seeking restitution. Update at 3:52p 9/7/23- 1) I received 2 missed calls (3:20p and 3:21p) from Jonathan Foster Jr after the above review was posted. I called back at 3:25pm. 2) I told him my first review it’s because his secretary told me he was not going to do the case because of a full case load. So I said to him, if you have a full case load, you should not even have accepted to do a consultation after I already explained to your secretary prior to scheduling the consultation what I needed legal help for. Then he says, “oh, my secretary didn’t tell me what the case was about, and she only told me a little bit about it.” I said, “how is that possible? I did at least a 15 mins interview intake with her and I explained why I needed a consultation.”That’s what con man is. 3) He proceeded to continue yelling saying, “You had your children with you and tore up my lobby.” I said, “My children were not with us in the meeting and my husband was watching them in the lobby. Nothing was touched when we left.” Then he says, “ok, well” then continued to yell at me “YOU’RE GOING TO GET WHAT’S COMING TO YOU”. He screamed at me for 21 minutes on the phone as I tried to explain my above review. 4) Prior to leaving the 1st review he refused to answer calls and only called today because of the review. 5) After stating he was going to do the case for $5k. I continued to call because I wanted to find out from him if payments could be made in installments which he refused to answer his phone and left a message through his secretary to tell me that the amount had to be paid in full plus any court filing fees before anything will be filed by him with the court. 6) I also called at least three times to speak to him to inquire about a timeframe of when he will file the case after the $5k fee is paid, each time his secretary stated she was going to give Jonathan Jr the message to call, which he never did. 7) Today on the phone he insulted me, and asked, “WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO FOR YOU TO TAKE DOWN YOUR REVIEW?” Then proceeded to yell at me. Then says, “I am going to respond to you on Google.” 8)He said I mistreated his staff and that he wished he never met me. I asked him how I mistreated his staff and HE COULD NOT SAY HOW I mistreated him or staff. He ignored the question because he knows he is wrong and doesn’t want to admit it. 9) All he is, is a bully. He was never honest with us and was assuring us he could handle the case then takes $200 and now wants to act out on Google. 10)JONATHAN FOSTER JR is a BULLY, HIDING behind keyboard, lies,and is the one slinging mud. He does it so well he is now advanced to con man. 11)He is more upset because he has been called out for his deceptions. 12) This is the price of privilege. He is privilege to be working at his father’s lawfirm, continue to bully. HE CALLED ME TO YELL AT ME. Google needs a feature to submit voice recordings of calls. EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE HEARD HOW JONATHAN FOSTER Jr was talking to me. He screamed at me from beginning to end because of my 1st review. Typical spoiled person. OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWERS ON HERE SHOULD WARN THOSE NEEDING LEGAL help not to hire this law firm. I should have listened to the negative reviews before going to Jonathan Jr, a con man. 13) He said to me on the phone to me and said, “I called the other party’s attorney and they were hostile.” Then turns around and goes back on Google to mudsling and say that I was the one who was hostile. I have a witness who heard him yell at me on the phone today including all his vitriol. It’s funny Jonathan Jr talks about accountability but HE REFUSES TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR HIS ACTIONS(lying, refusing to answer calls, con work, MISREPRESENTATION on his reply on Google; consultation on 7/12/23 and on 8/16/23 AFTER SPEAKING TO THE OTHER Party’s lawyer he tells my husband he will do the case for $5k then does the dodging act of not answering the phone)

He cheated our family out of custody my three sons, after we filed a petition. By surrendering and not putting up any fight at all in court, he played himself. We had photo's he neglected to have admitted onto the record. He's a worthless bump on a rotten log. Save your money and agony.

I went to Foster law This is hands down the best law office in NE PENNSYLVANIA. If your denied SSI Disability go to Foster. If you don't you are making a mistake. These people fight for you. They know the Law and they make sure the Judge treat's you right. Thank you Foster law You guys did a GREAT JOB

Been fighting to get ahold of foster Jr he hasn't returned my calls and I'm trying to just get my paperwork done for my house. Had to poke and prod him for ten months to get my divorce that should have gone through after three months and still don't have the paperwork for my house even though I asked for it almost three months ago. Terrible office.
