I have expressed concerns that their client isn't following the custody order and that it needed to be addressed but I just get ignored and told I'm refusing to hire a lawyer. There is a massive difference between refusal and being able to afford it or find one willing to work with you on payments for the retainer fee. After all, unlike the person they represent, I don't live with Mommy & Daddy or have massive amounts of money. I included the most recent screenshots of her messaging me as well. Yes I cussed but this has been going on for months and I have literally asked her not to message me again in every single message I have sent. I have already filed one complaint for her harassing me and she just doesn't understand basic English I guess. After her last message today I will be filing the actual charges for harassment and I will also be contacting the bar association for the state regarding the conduct of this office.
