Mr. Finley was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. Our experience with a previously hired attorney had been frustrating—they repeatedly insisted we were not eligible for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. It quickly became clear they were only interested in handling easy cases, which was especially disappointing given that we had hired them based on a positive first impression. We initially retained them to handle a creditor lawsuit, but after numerous failed attempts to negotiate, our previous attorney pushed for a settlement without considering the additional lawsuits we had on the horizon.
