Our initial visit with Josh was very pleasant, and he drove to our home (we live in a very rural area), and the first thing he asked us was if we were okay. He helped to get us set up with our medical needs, and he made sure our car repairs were taken care of immediately, as well as the rental vehicle, and we had our Kia back in two days, good as new! Elizabeth Miller, paralegal, was exceptionally helpful in the beginning, helping to get our providers paid...not an easy task.
And Spencer Calveard has been so good at communicating with us whenever he has an update on the status of our case, and he has always found an answer to whatever questions we have had. Everyone has been very professional, kind, and helpful. We just picked Fielding out of the directory, because they had good reviews...but we have since recommended them to others, and will continue to do so. We're more than satisfied with their services, and really appreciate what they've done for us.
