Communication : Lawyer communication was clear but not so much with the assistant. For instance, suddenly lawyer was informed that I was terminating my contract with the lawyer. Not sure if she confused my case with others', but I was really surprised when the lawyer asking for express statement of non-responsibility due to what the assistant said. In my opinion, someone should had reach out to me and verified first if something seems out of the standard.
Cost: Lawyer provided lots of discount, which was great and generous from my stand point. I understand that lawyer fee came at the price it has to come. However, if the initial cost was $500++ for Printing, Enveloping and Delivering 2 mails to USPS Office before the discount. Paper, ink, postage still charged to client. In my opinion. it is still expensive.
