If I could give 0 stars I would. They started as wanting to be helpful but the case manager didn't communicate what was needed appropriately, they weren't up front about how this was going to work, and they pushed me to do things that were unnecessary. The auto body shop situation was a nightmare. I went to one per my insurance, and then this group wanted me to go to another one, then both body shops called me because this group not only couldn't figure it out, but didn't communicate effectively with me. They started by asking me to see a chiropractor, and then a month and a half later asked me to go to pain management and I had zero pain. Once I told them I don't need pain management they dropped my case. No notice, no conversation, just an email releasing me. By this point I had medical bills for both my daughter and myself, I had over $1500 in out of pocket rental car, and over $2600 to get my car back that my insurance didn't cover. I had to go to a new attorney that spent months cleaning up the mess this law firm created. It was awful!!!
