I was told by Ducker all great things during the consultation so i hired him only needing an honest person to represent my case providing to him more than enough evidence to prove my case to be brought in front of the courts, but after I gave him the money for the retainer fee his approach and attitude completely changed. I have been hung up on, and talked to like a child by both Attorneys Ducker and Morgan . I have always had to contact Ducker to hear something from them or to be called back . Not once did he ever reach out to me without me calling first. After being hung up on by Ducker, and cussed out by Morgan today when i called back which I didn't hire or sign a contract with Morgan to represent me , only Ducker, I am fed up with the shenanigans ! I was just seeking an honest attorney to represent me and do the right thing ! Not treat me like a child, give me false hope, give me the run around for what sounded good , curse me . I thought i hired an attorney of moral values, with the ability of better communication, more respect , compassion and loyalty to my case during this very emotional time for myself and my family . I will now be filing a complaint with the bar association and seeking an honest attorney elsewhere. I am glad i am not the physical fighter i use to be because it surely would have pushed me over the edge to catch a simple assault charge today the way Morgan spoke to me . Rest assured, God doesn't sleep gentlemen, you can't screw people over forever ! I hope this helps someone in making a better decision then what I did when I hired Ducker. God Bless.
