I felt very well taken care of right out the gate, from the first day I walked in their building to give my statement, all the way up to the day I cashed my hefty settlement check. (that was 5x more than I had ever imagined I’d end up with).
I had another co-worker in the passenger seat with me during the accident who sustained major injuries also, requiring him to have surgery as well, however, he chose to hire a different attorney and unfortunately did not get the compensation he deserved. He actually got downright screwed during his experience and throughout the course of the case (pretty much the same case) and ended up almost empty handed in the end, even after I warned him of the incompetence and selfishness his attorney presented.
