Read MoreGoing through the Disability process is very frustrating, and it's easy to see why people sometimes give up. I gave Diana a call and set up an appointment. She immediately explained the process and was very up front about the amount of time that was sometimes required to get a favorable outcome. We never really discussed a non-favorable outcome, but she said it was always possible. With each Denial she jumped right on what we needed to do to appeal. The last hearing with the Judge, I have to admit I was a little nervous, But she gave a great opening statement, and I immediately felt like this is it, it's going to go my way. And it Did!! Thank God I trusted her when she told me we had a strong case and not to give up.
I would recommend Diana to anyone who is applying for Social Security Disability Benefits.
