He would have me come in for unnecessary meetings to charge me hourly rates. David would call to inform me of updates, then would call back later in week to ask a bunch of same questions to charge up his retainer. Then worst of worst.... I needed a transcript typed up. His office did not follow up on progress off transcript a month prior to trial. He called me to tell me transcript was not done and we needed it by Monday ( mind you this is Friday). I had to pay $1200 out of pocket on top of his services because they had to rush transcript over weekend. And then asked for continuous for trial because he was not prepared. Judge did not grant continuous, she said there was plenty of time. Trial was over as fast as it started. Then afterwards is still sending me bills even tho his office was paid in full for his very poor legal representation. No details to what these extra charges were for after I fired him. 1000% guarantee he will do nothing and take your money without helping you like he promises. Very unethical and has horrible time management. Please trust me and save yourself the grief I went through for year and a half being toyed around. I found an amazing attorney that has went over and beyond after hiring this scam artist David Riehl. Please see Tom Erb Legal....he cleaned up David Riehl disgusting mess in my case and with the courts!! Run as fast as you can, DAVID RIEHL IS A SCAM ARTIST!! I'm living proof of it!!
