Hello! I just hired Dr. Anaise and his talented spouse, who is also an accomplished doctor. I researched his work (and bought and read their book) so I know the level of quality they produce. I just want to say that $1,500 is for an Independent Medical Opinion (IMO), without which the VA is unlikely to approve claims, and this is a reasonable amount, considering expert doctors routinely charge $2,000 or more just to review medical records. This is also reasonable considering that other organizations are simply not capable of replicating their quality, and a very high quality IMO is necessary for some claims. They were responsive to my email within minutes, even on a Sunday morning, surprising me with their attention to potential clients. I hired them as soon as I could because I don't know of anyone else capable of producing their level of ability. If you are a disabled veteran and need help, and if you can afford the best, there is no other option that will help you as much, in my humble opinion. It's like hiring the "A-Team." [If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire The A-Team.]
Edit: after I filed with their letter, I received a favorable rating that brought my schedular up to 100%, and incidentally I am now also P&T.
