Read MoreIm actually currently still going through my case with Mr. Hurr, but I must say that so far he has been an exceptionally great lawyer. When I went to his office to discuss my case with him, he explained everything to me and took his time doing it until he was sure that I understood exactly what was what. I know that lawyers tend to be very busy people. And while I was having a 1 on 1 with Mr. Hurr at his office, he did answer the phone for another client during our conversation. But he was very polite about how he did it. And I did not find this at all to be disrespectful. From my perspective it let me see that Dan was not the type of attorney to blow his clients off. He did try to hurry on the phone because he also had a client (me) there enquiring about his services. But he did not rudely nor disrespectfully rush them. I did see first hand that he just quickly answered their questions and even checked to make sure that it was their only question before getting off the phone. And he has been very helpful with my case since day 1. I am in the process of trying to regain custody of my child. And he made sure that I got visitation back with my daughter right away so that during the long process that custody cases take, i have been seeing my child the entire time. He went so far as to request that i get so many phone calls to my child during the week between visits because of a situation that had happened where the people who currently have custody would not answer my calls to let me tell my child happy birthday on her birthday. So because of my situation he went the extra mile to make sure that if a Holiday fell on a weekday that it was mandatory they have to let me talk to my little girl. Dann Hurr has went the extra mile to make sure that my child was not unfairly and unjustly kept from seeing her mother.He is a great lawyer.And I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THAT NO MATTER WHAT TYPE OF CASE YOU MAY HAVE, DAN IS YOUR MAN! I have actualy already reffered 2 people to go to him since when I first retained him myself.Thanks Dan. Because of your help and Gods grace i get to see my little girl for the whole day every week while we continue to work on custody.
