You will not find a more concentrated solution of stupidity, cowardice, and performative professionalism anywhere in the legal world. Meaghan Delawter and Shondell Foster are not advocates. They are passive, careless paper-pushers masquerading as attorneys. They do not fight for their clients. They do not think critically. They do not strategize. They fold. They cave. They capitulate to opposing counsel while cashing your checks and congratulating themselves for being "easy to work with."
They are more concerned with maintaining their cozy relationships with other lawyers than with protecting you or your children. If your case involves abuse, coercion, or real stakes, these are the last people you want in your corner. They will bend over backwards to appear agreeable and "professional", even if it means sacrificing your credibility, your safety, and your legal standing. They will undermine you behind your back and then gaslight you to your face.
Meaghan Delawter heads this clown show with all the grace of a toddler at the wheel of a bus. Her strategic brilliance begins and ends with filing things late and making excuses. Shondell Foster, her loyal sidekick, is just as inept. Parroting nonsense, missing red flags, and doing the bare minimum to narrowly avoid malpractice while your case burns to the ground.
Their negligence cost me dearly. Emotionally. Financially. Legally. They are a disgrace to their profession and an active danger to anyone who dares to trust them.
