We contacted this center for help as any desperate person would when they don't know any better on The first week of March , paid $1000 up front , then on March 16, we paid $2700 more so that they could start the process to help with a relative who was being detained in an ICe Facility. All good at first they told us they would be with us all the way and explain everything step by step as they were working on the case for a bond release. After we made the second payment, nothing seemed to be moving along, no email or calls to update. All along my brother in law did his interview with n his own , consumer law group would tell me when I called that he needed to call them and have a document signed so that would allow them to represent him. Document was never sent/signed. He was released to us , Consumer Law Group didn't call to tell us this, they called the following day to tell me he was in process of release. At this point we determined they did nothing to help him, there obviously was no real communication between that group and their client. The agent that called me on 3/27 was very arrogant and rude , hung up on me when I asked what they actually did to help him, had the nerve to say good luck. Never imagined they would take advantage of someone going through a volunarable moment.In the end it was a hard lesson and a total of $3700 lost to them and then $2700 to the first lawyer in Arizona who also did nothing but go tell him he didn't have a chance of being released. To others who ever experience such desperation and volunaribility please do your research first so that you do not go through what we just did!!!!!
