His easily related, soft spoken and easy going style had me wonder from time to time how he would stack up against the brash young super star attorneys the defense teams put out. Alas was I wrong to doubt. Mr. Clark is not only incredibly knowledgeable in the law he practices, but also the legal system in the geography, as well as all the key personnel in the industry, all are absolute intangibles when comes to winning cases. He is well respected by peers and the system through decades of practicing and advocating for the less-advantaged. Mr. Clark was attentive to my case, easily accessible and communicative. He went the extra mile to make sure I am fully apprised of and comfortable with every twist and turn. And the result spoke for itself. I credit his unassuming manner, diligent case research and preparation, and incredible experience and familiarity with the matter for the outstanding outcome. Although I had little personal knowledge of how he fought against the insurance and defense lawyers through the process, I was very impressed by his performance during the final arbitrage--a perfect display of a skillful veteran.
