My husband had immigration issues due to forgetting simple paperwork and the timeline to turn it in expired. That sent us on a 4 year long journey of stress and fear. His case was an interesting one and every lawyer we talked to didn't quite know how to approach it and were overcharging us, until we met Chuck. He was fair, affordable and flexible... and his wonderful assistant Joanne took our case head on with such confidence and assistance, it eased our anxiety about the "legal" experiences we had before with a lawyer that just wasn't doing their job at all.
Chuck took the time to explain everything... all the what ifs and what to expect. But he did it in such a way and with great wisdom that it prepared us and made us feel more confident about our case. It was our lack of understanding that I feared would set us up to be taken advantage of but Chuck is very honest and informative. Joanne helps with whatever you need regarding paperwork and any questions that need to get back to Chuck. She is very VERY good at her job and is a great asset to Chuck.
My husband's application for residency was approved and we will be coming back to apply for US Citizenship when the time comes!
