The pictures that were taken by the casino security had been tampered with one had been blown up and cropped to eliminate footprints.the others were darker and had been tampered with. At no time was I informed by Daniel Czamanski that he had not represent ed me in court. I found out 5 months later that he was not even in the courtroom.this case WAS BASED..NOT ONLY ON Conspiracy, Bribibery,tampering with evidence,I even saw in the courthouse records were records,had been removed
AND REPLACED. NOT ONLY WAS THERE ETHICS VIOLATIONS,BUT THE JUDGE CHARLES WEBTER WHO I AM SURE WAS ,BRIBED BY TOMMY AND TOM TUCKER OF THE LAW FIRM TUCKER,SENDER,TUCKER.J.H. WEBSTER IS THE JUDGES COUSIN!UNCLE AND SHOULD HAVE RECLUSED HIMSELF FROM THE CASE.I RECEIVED PERMANENT INJURIES AND HAVE HAD 2 STROKES AS A RESULT OF THIS CASE. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD RECOMMEND EITHER OF THE LAW FIRMS TO ANYONE other than a Criminal Court. Excuse any typing errors as my fingers don't always follow my brain. One thing I learned out of this case was If a person is betrayed they are will not stop with just one. Everyone connected to them in any way is subject to betrayal. The 2 others involved in the conspiracy were Rita Stallworth And James Nelson of the Hollywood Casino. My Mother all ways told me that miss dee deeds done in the dark,ALWAYS come out in the light.
