I initially chose him based on the many positive reviews I saw on Google, and while there were a few negative ones, I assumed those were just personal experiences. Now, I have my own experience to share.
The first conversation was pleasant, so I hired him quickly. However, after that, it became nearly impossible to get in touch with him or anyone from his office. My contract stated that responses would occur within 24 to 48 hours, yet despite sending multiple emails over two months, I received just one reply. I also called several times with no response. Eventually, I had to threaten to terminate the contract in order to get someone to respond to my concerns.
In addition to the communication issues, I hired this lawyer to represent me, which was clarified before signing the contract. However, during meetings with my ex-husband, the lawyer frequently suggested new ideas to him without my consent. I had to interrupt the meetings because it felt like he was representing my ex rather than me.
My case was very straightforward—we both had an agreement before hiring the lawyer. I had to constantly follow up about court dates and ensure things were moving forward, as there were no proactive updates from the lawyer or his staff. The whole process was frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the simplicity of my case. I would not recommend this lawyer if you’re looking for efficiency and proper representation.
