Read MoreI hired them to do my tradmark and the lawyer told me they do do tradmarks I paid them $1,500 and come to find out there Paralegal didn't know much on how to do a trademark i actually had to walk the Paralegal through a problem she was having and they charged me over $200 bucks for that phone call .. also they abandoned my tradmark and didn't tell me until the trademark board officially abandoned my tradmark due to this office unresponsive to a office action they needed to be responded by this law firm ..when I found out I tried to call them and I ended talking to the Paralegal who would not let me get a word in on anything I was trying to explain to her...the end result I had to reach out to the tradmark to fix what they said they knew how to do.I lost out on my $1,500 and I had to pay a $100 to try and reverse the abandoned trademark . Also they would never wanted to call me to explain why I was not being refund any money . This lawfirm is the worst place with the worst work ethic I have ever had to deal with. If u want a trust worthy lawfirm try legal zoom there way cheaper and they don't charge you $200 for a phone call legal zoom is a way more professional and they don't over talk on when it your turn to talk end result this place is nothing but a bunch of crooks.
