Not only is there a lack of time efficacy, but the staff here is very unfriendly to the exception of like 1-2 girls at the front desk. I also had to reach out to this office myself to get things moving as well as having to search for paperwork through courts that THIS office lost in the first place. Communications with creditors and courts is part of the attorney/paralegals job, not mine as the client. Horrible experience. Never again. My so called assigned attorney never even gave me a courtesy call to introduce themselves. Never met him or her.
