Contract stated that Brian may have other attorneys represent the client (not exact wording). I was under the impression this would be at times when he had a scheduling conflict. However, turns out Brian did not represent me or work with me from that point on. If i was told that at the time of the consult i would not have hired him. He provides the consultation, makes you feel confident and that you have a tough attorney on your side, then he gives your case to another attorney. He didn't provide guidance, answer emails, or even reply when I expressed my serious displeasure with the representation I was getting with the attorney he assigned to my case. Over 3 years later and i have been in and out of court for custody MANY times and have lost at every one. With the proper representation, i am confident things would have been different from the very beginning. I have provided evidence, arguments, questions, statements...my entire case in a binder and through email and none of it was used. I basically had no representation but was charged the rate for Brian. Kurt Lynott was the attorney assigned to my case and Brian Cali and his law office are for money only and will insure a case drags on endlessly and not care at all about a positive outcome for the client.
