Read MoreI was recommended to Mr. Barrett from the Clearwater BAR office as another option to my first lawyer who was unresponsive. My mom’s vehicle was damaged on camera, and I was hoping Mr. Barrett would be able to help us get the car repair paid for and completed in a timely manner.
Instead, we were given basic knowledge about opening up a small claim and recommended to take further legal action through a time consuming route while paying out of pocket for damages initially. There was a strong case with video evidence of a hit and run, and a third party aiding in a crime. I really want to help my mom get her transportation back, and Ted Barrett was not helpful and ended the call abruptly with a slight attitude after I stated that I was not satisfied with his response.
Im definitely going to avoid Ted Barrett in the future. This was a prime opportunity to help a citizen who is in need of justice and assistance. Thanks for nothing Ted.
