Read MoreI can't express how dissatisfied my family is with this practice. An uncle passed suddenly in Nov of 2019, leaving no will, but trust money, pension and life insurance to a disabled brother. Pretty much nothing was accomplished up to the point that whoever was handling our case retired at the end of 2020. The paperwork involving the pension money and life insurance was never followed up on and lost. Phone calls were always answered with "Let me check and I'll call you back.", only to have to call them again and get the same answer. Here we are in July of 2021 and we are pretty much starting from zero having to submit all of the information we had already given them all over again. They'll be expecting thousands of dollars when they are finally done and have done almost nothing to earn it.
