If I could give these ppl -0 I would ! I did my taxes in March ! Maybe even February!!!!!! I’m not going to totally put the blame on on them because I was missing 2 w2 that I was unaware of. Okay, I never receive my tax then I get a letter. That say wait 60 day. I went in personally and asked because I had NEVER had that happened. He basically shushed me away and highlighted “60 day wait” you’ll see the money in 2 months no worries. Okay, I wait and then boom another letter. I get everything the letter asked for. I go back.
The man never !!!!!! Read,called, looked at, nothing. Asked me why I was there, told him I got the another letter. And I had brought what is said I needed to bring, that it stated I need to fax but I didn’t know that why I was coming to him.
He gets my things processing to fax everything. They once he’s done tells me he can’t give me a receipt but I could go and take a look that it’s being processed. Kool I ask if that was it. He states “I think so and don’t worry about the charge it’s 2 dollars to fax’s”
I already paid 150 to get my taxes done and completed for him just to mess it all up and not wanna help finish but think I was going to pay the fax. Sir, your job isn’t done , I haven’t gotten my taxes I still need help guiding and navigating the irs. WHAT DID I PAY 150 FOR? If I haven’t gotten my taxes!
I called to today to ask for help AGAIN! Just for him to tell me since I’ve been In contact with IRS he has nothing eles to do I have to call and resolve on my own !
Sir I went there 3 different times to ask for help since you pride your self on your 25 years of knowledge of Taxes. And got shushed away every single time !
Dont go here please save yourself a headache with tax ppl that ONLY CARE ABOUT THE 150 once payment is collected. There “job” is done.
Also paying 150 is ridiculous I know that know that I’ve talked about this with family and friends never paying 150 or more then 100 to do my taxes again!!!!!
