Read MoreI hired Lee Morris to deal with my ex wife who opend a case for house sale. To make it simple, at the beginning, she was helpful but during the litigation, I didn't get what I asked for. Also, I asked her more explanation about the process because my ex requested a court to appoint a trustee to sell the house. This was very new to me and I don't have any idea how it would work. Finally the house was sold and the proceeds are registered in the court now. I need to hire another attorney to deal with this again. She has been missing once the trial was over. During the process of house sale, she never responded to me even though I sent her thousand messages and offered her to pay more, no responses. She seemed decent but I wanna let people know that this was my experience with her.

I had a good experience with Tim. I had a parent pass away and I had to Head an Estate to handle the assets my parent left behind. Tim was with me every step of the way. Things even got a little complex at times. But the combination of my ability and Tim’s expertise led to the successful completion of the Estate. I had to pay a reasonable retainer up front, but Tim allowed for his payment to come out of Estate proceeds near the end of the Estate completion. That helped me a lot because I would’ve felt strained to manage my own life finances and run an Estate financially that was in a completely different state on a 90,000 salary. That’s would’ve a big burden. So I’m glad Tim allowed for that. Tim is easy to get along with also and he is very knowledgeable. Overall, I’d give him an “A”. The only regret I have is that I was probably a little bit on the micromanager side as an Estate Executor. But I had to be that intricately involved in order to keep attorney fees at a reasonable level and prevent those fees from naturally ballooning too much. I recommend Tim. He’s honest and will do his best to resolve your situation.
