Read MoreI’d like to take a moment to update my review. At the beginning of my case, there was a noticeable lack of communication from my previous case manager, which made the process challenging. However, since then, Erika and April have reached out and significantly improved the overall experience. They’ve been proactive, responsive, and have done everything they can to ensure a smoother and more positive experience moving forward.
The new case manager also took the time to introduce herself and establish communication, which I greatly appreciate. My case is still currently being processed and handled, but so far, the experience has been much more pleasant. I will be sure to provide a final update once my case has been fully resolved.
