My divorce was run of the mill, yet this law firm had no idea if I need a quit claim deed?! This is a common divorce question and yet they don't know? And when they got around to founding out I don't need to file a quit claim deed, they billed me $230 for finding out the answer to a common question! So in essence they're saying to pay their time for educating their staff about an answer to a very common question! I had another law firm in Orange County California charge me $130 to actually produce a quit claim deed there, and this law firm in Louisville Kentucky is charging me $230 to produce nothing???? Added to this, the lawyer there Chris Egan talks condescendingly in a very unprofessional manner, repeatedly saying he has no time to deal with this, as if I have the time. Long story short, I've decided to pay this guy $100 so to have him go away, yet they are still after me for the balance! Lol I can't even comprehend this clueless guy's foolishness! Stay clear of this place!
