We have stayed here for years, but this time we experienced several flaws. We've always gotten a good handicap spot, but they were taken. There aren't enough and the ones that were left didn't have hashmarks, which meant there wasn't enough room to get my husband's wheelchair in/ out (only two had hashmarks.). They gave us an ADA room that was the furthest away possible! My husband's arms were burning by the time we got to the room. When we discovered the light fixture at the desk didn't work, we tried to call the front desk only to discover that the phone didn't work! (We checked all plugs.) We were just too tired to make the trek to the front desk, so we did without those things. The beds were too high for my husband to transfer onto it without a struggle. He never had an issue with it in the past, but he is weaker after getting sick and so pushing himself up as well as over was difficult. I mention this for other wheelchair users to assess based on their needs and ability. Lastly, their new restaurant looks amazing, but the food doesn't match. Neither of us cared much for it, but I finished mine. My husband couldn't eat his.

Safety
There's enough lights and activity that I've always felt safe here. We've stayed here several times without safety or theft issues.
