I got a Double Queen room. It came with a TV, fridge, coffee maker and microwave.
As far as food and entertainment goes, the oceanfront/boardwalk is literally across the street.
There are TONS of restaurants --- dine in as well as fast food.

As far as food and entertainment goes, the oceanfront/boardwalk is literally across the street.
There are TONS of restaurants --- dine in as well as fast food.
There is a skate park near, a Reiki center, and a bunch of other cool things that you can do.
***MY PERSONAL ADVICE: try Chichos pizza and/or Marcos Pizza for something on the go and delicious, especially if you have children.
There's coffee available in the morning, in the front office.
I was treated well. The people who work here are not overly friendly but they are not rude either, which works for me. It made the check in process quick so that I could get to my room and go about my day/night. I've stayed here over a couple of times already.
No loudness at night.
It's not infested, but there are huge roaches outside sometimes so keep your door closed and your room COOL and dry, not warm.
Keep moisture off the floor as well as crumbs and you will be okay.
Everything is clean and comfortable every time I stay.
The outlets work.
TV works.
Overall, you get your money's worth.
CONS:
The Phone does not work, to my knowledge.
