During our week-long stay with three children, we were delighted with the accommodations provided. Yoni, upon our arrival at the front check-in desk, was exceptionally courteous and attentive to our needs throughout the duration of our stay. Upon our departure, Chris also provided valuable assistance. The rooms are new and clean and they come equipped with almost EVERYTHING you need.
Each morning, they offer a complimentary breakfast that includes a variety of typical hotel breakfast items such as bagels, self-serve waffles, potatoes, eggs, fruit, and cereal, among others. The gentleman and lady responsible for setting out the food are exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. There is a fire pit , barbeques pits and a T.V in the rear. They also have a laundry on site which was perfect.There is no swimming pool.
Before selecting this accommodation, several factors should be taken into consideration. There is a daily parking fee of fifteen dollars. The establishment is new and impressive, however, it does not offer the same level of service as other hotels, such as 24-hour maid and staff assistance. The maids depart at a specific time each day, and additional requests for cleaning services, such as changing the bed linens or cleaning the bathroom, must be made in advance. It would be greatly appreciated if the management could provide the maids with vacuums, as they are essential for thorough cleaning. Aside from these minor inconveniences, we intend to return in the future, provided the establishment maintains its current high standards.
Management, if you are reading this, I respectfully request that you provide the maids with Dyson-style vacuums with attachments specifically designed for hardwood floors. The need for such vacuums is paramount, as the presence of pets on the premises necessitates thorough and efficient cleaning. The provision of these vacuums will greatly enhance the maids' ability to maintain a pristine and hygienic environment.
