Read MoreAs a top California google reviewer i must say that in the time of need Gale came through, with a welcoming smile, this Hotel offers amazing comfort hot breakfast in the morning 6am - 9am, clean rooms an amazing Gym a washing room very pet friendly, clean through out Mrs. Freeda keeps those floors swept mopped and clean, etc Calvin was amazing Yurshira was very professional, cheerful, and always gave 100% Chris was a bit stand offish but its ok his long thick hair and welcoming smile made up for his shyness, Dora needs a raise and the entire staff made my stay here absolutely memorable with quality service a warm smile, a kind word etc ... Mrs. Freda is so kind and giving she is so funny and a very hard worker I pray the owner show some love and appreciate the amazing people i just named. There was a serious issue that happened in my room I did write an incident report last month and left several messages with Swan the Manager to give to the owner but im sure she was and has been extremly busy I will still leave the issue here and update if i do finally here back from her or even the CEO or COO But a terrifying incident accured involving the microave in my room resulting in me being injured after some investigating was done by a very handsome staff member named Julio he had determined that there was infact an issue with a faulty electrical socket. (I took several photos) I reached out to my brother who is a California state licensed electrician and sent him the photos and i wont post what he said here but i just thank God that my family didnt get hurt and that i was the only one who did.
Its been about 3 weeks since the incident.
