Check in is 4pm, we arrived about 415pm and were told we needed to pay even though we already had 3 pending charges which was well over $1,000 even though our receipt and confirmation advised a little over $800 so we had to run another card awaiting pending fees to drop! The rooms also weren’t ready, so we sat amongst others waiting, TWO HOURS later we were given a room but somebodies things were still there! We ended up having to wait another 15 min for a room… room was nice and clean, hot water was perfect but the bathroom door was broken! Nothing is included in the stay we had to pay for everything, from breakfast to hotel events, wasn’t an issue until they added their own tip and we were charged $40+ more for one breakfast because that’s what THEY added as their own tip (charge didn’t show until after trip) The drinks at the bar are over-priced, you’d be better off getting your own things to make drinks considering we spent almost $40 for a shot, however the bar staff was probably the best thing about the trip they were friendly, funny and sweet (definitely need a raise)…. The elevator in the hotel you have to pay attention to because you can click floor 5 and the screen inside will say 6….. the parking garage elevator went out (which was to be expected it’s old, shakes and stalls). The location wasn’t too bad, close convenient stores and everything else is 10-30 min away! While we did receive parking waivers for the long room wait I personally think we should’ve also received at least one night free/refund given all we had to go through! We’re still working to get things resolved but I personally will NEVER stay here again!
