I did a lot of research before visiting this area and it was very close to where I needed to be, other hotels are a little bit cheaper, but however, you are paying for quality and safety. The extra few dollars was definitely well worth it. It came with complementary water and coffee, I will definitely be visiting again soon and this will hands-down be my go to spot they even allowed a late check out. They were very quick to respond to my messages and the rooms are keypad access which is very nice as there was no hassle checking in especially after very long drive.
2/28/25. I did want to update this and just state that I requested a late check out, they were kind enough to provide a 2 PM checkout time to me and my sister. Do not get me wrong I know it was considerably later in the afternoon, but i was given permission, while I was out running errands my little sister had gotten out of the shower and was left at the hotel room to relax, she JUST GOT OUT OF THE SHOWER, was still half naked, and someone walked into our room, from housekeeping just kind of stared at her and said she didn’t know anyone was going to be in the room, no knock, no nothing, a slight apology was given as she exited the room. I texted the line to inform them of this, I literally left the room spotless to the point they had to do nothing but wipe down a tiny bit and put new sheets on the bed. I was mainly upset that my follow up was stronger that anyone’s at the location. After calling for several days demanding an apology, I was finally given a very small one and was told they would follow up on the situation, get to the bottom of what happened and get a call back. I told them I was to be in the area very often, several months down the road and they never called back. It wasn’t something that concerned them much. They didn’t offer sincere apologies, they didn’t offer an explanation, they didn’t offer a discount off my next stay for the inconvenience, they did nothing, they didn’t even want to follow up on the situation considering they couldn’t even text me back and it took. Me blowing up the phone for it to be taken a little more serious. I honestly thought this place was so adorable I was so infatuated and excited to return until I noticed how they handled things fairly poorly. I did end up going back to the same area and instead of being 8 minutes from where I needed to be I needed up driving 30 minutes more just to be with a company who actually cares and communicates well.
