The current promo of earn $30.00 food credit if you earn 100 points in 48 hours or something like that. I earn it times 10, but the food credit somehow got wiped away over night. I find this out when I try to get a cup of coffee. I thought it would just simply get reinstated, you know, to keep your business, keep the customer happy....but no, they tried to tell me that it expired on 12/31, but the first day I was here was 1/19. Then they get irritated with me because I expect them to honor what they promised.....again, NOPE, I'll have to wait until the rewards center manager comes in and that might be 10 or so, they aren't sure. AND, she says that the manager may not be able to fix it, so I might have to wait until IT can look at. I was only here visiting family with my grandchildren, and rented hotel rooms here. They can see how much we spent here not including the children's entertainment and food. They could have had a life long customer that spends money, but they lost me for sure. Coming from hospitality in the Napa Valley, I can't believe what I just went through! Still no coffee except the horrible room coffee
