There was mold on the ceiling, trash in the rooms, stains in the bathroom, leaking water from the faucet, the entire placed smelled of weed / smoke / stale / just overall gross. My family and I stayed for all of 5 minutes before leaving. It felt unsafe. Best Western should be embarrassed to have their name affiliated with this hotel. There were random guys walking around in unprofessional "security" shirts, people camping out in the parking lot, and broken furniture in the rooms (including a broken TV). The only redeeming quality for the service was that the woman at the front desk issued us a refund. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Stay away!

Disgusting and unclean. Did not sleep here and left after 5 minutes of being in the room. Mold on the ceiling right outside in the hallway.
