Read MoreDO NOT STAY HERE. When I arrived for check in, I waited several minutes for someone to come to the desk to greet me. When that did not occur, I called the hotel's phone number to let them know I had arrived. The front desk clerk was rude on the phone, told me she was busy, and hung up on me. When she finally came to check me in, she was hostile and unprofessional. I asked her if we might start over, because clearly we had gotten off on the wrong foot and I never meant to come across as rude by merely asking to check into my hotel room, and she proceeded to try to scold me about not understanding how busy she was. Then, I was given the key to my room, which was allegedly non-smoking, but reeked of stale cigarette smoke and urine. I tried to stay because I did not want to interact anymore with the hateful staff, but the odor was overwhelming and I left in the middle of the night. There are several other chain hotels in the area. Try them instead.
