The bed was not as firm as I prefer and there is a noticeable sag when even 1 person ~155 lbs is laying in the bed.No breakfast is includedThe doors do not include a “privacy” or “housekeeping” card so expect if you are staying more than 1 night, they will enter your room to replenish toiletries and towels. I appreciated the additional supplies but I was not expecting this nor did I actually need a new towel after only 1 shower. Just a heads up!Quiet

Was offered sheets to change myself in a dirty room without any housekeeping, garbage everywhere. Room booked was not available. Was forced to find another hotel at 1am after a 10hr drive. Next available hotel which had a room was almost double the price. Huge travel interruption.
