Parking lot is full of leaves and debris. Looks terrible. Parking lot needs resurfacing or replacement. Multiple potholes and cracks. If you are disabled ask for first floor room. Otherwise might put you on other floor requiring more walking No grab bars in bathroom. Only one in shower

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, good amenities and proximity to local events and attractions. Unfortunately- other hotel guests were drinking in the hallway, smoking marijuana in their rooms and the elevator and beating on walls. The hotel might wish to add security.
