Worst experience in a hotel. My family checked out only a few hours of being there due to the terrible customer service we experienced. Firstly, the app was showing different availability than what it showed on the browser. I showed the front desk agent when I arrived that the app showed a Queen Queen available and wanted to book it but it was not allowing me; on the browser it showed a King bed. I figured they all booked and were no longer available, however the agent said they had one available but it was being saved "in case they need it for someone else". I was booking with points, and it feels like that was the reason it was denied for me. We decided to move past that, only to later be yelled at by the overnight agent (older Asian woman) who decided to be argumentative after she refused to check for a set of keys we left in the lobby, but the other agent kindly went back and pulled them out from the desk and gave it back to us. She was being very kind and polite to other type of guests, even offering them late checkout without them asking for it. It was at this point we figured service at this hotel would not get any better and decided to leave. I checked the app this morning and I still show us checked in. They are pretending we never checked out, and I hope they don't charge us anything more. We feel targeted and retaliated against at this point. Obviously management promotes this type of behavior and treatment, and makes staff believes this is okay. We obviously made the right choice to leave.
