This hotel was an absolute disaster—dirty, chaotic, and completely unprofessional. My husband and I checked in, hoping for a comfortable stay, but from the start, it was anything but. The first room we were assigned had two cockroaches crawling around before we could even set our bags down, immediately making us question the cleanliness of the entire place. Disgusted, we went straight to the front desk to report the issue, expecting them to resolve it quickly. Instead, they reassigned us to another room, only for us to walk in and find that it was already occupied by another guest. It was beyond embarrassing and completely unacceptable. Not only did we feel uncomfortable and frustrated, but we were also shocked by the hotel’s sheer carelessness and lack of organization. The way this place is run is appalling, and I would never recommend it to anyone. While I acknowledge your response, it’s frustrating that it offers nothing more than a vague acknowledgment without taking real responsibility. Saying you’ll “review procedures” does nothing to address the fact that I was placed in a room with cockroaches and then reassigned to one that was already occupied—two major failures that go far beyond a simple inconvenience. The fact that your hotel lacks any policy to properly address such serious mistakes, whether through compensation or meaningful corrective action, says a lot about your priorities. An apology without real action is pointless. I genuinely hope you take this matter seriously instead of dismissing it with empty, corporate language because no guest should have to endure what I experienced.
