The front desk offered another room, but the other room did not look good either. We were merely offered a room to sweep up the mess ourselves, that the cleaning person didn't clean, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!
We were eaten up by some bugs, either bed bugs or fleas? We let the front desk know about the bugs and asked for a reimbursement for leaving early and not even staying in the hotel. We had to bag up everything and find another hotel to stay in. We tried to use the washer and dryer, but the dryer wasn't drying anything. We wasted so much food and money, leaving everything behind, including pillows because they were too cheap to give us more. No surprise here, the unprofessional and dirty Soka Suites Manager only reimbursed us two nights of our 10 night stay. We only stayed 2 nights and left after finding bug bites. RUN from this disgusting place, go somewhere cleaner. I do not recommend staying in Irving, it's a haven for bugs. Go to Southlake or Farmers Branch. This town is a dump!
