Read MoreThis was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had and that’s not a reflection on the staff, who were mostly kind and helpful. The older gentleman at the concierge desk was incredibly nice and accommodating throughout my entire stay. However, when I checked out, a different concierge took over 30 minutes to assist with my bags, and I ended up bringing them down myself.
When I first arrived, I overheard another guest complaining that his room had no working AC. That should’ve been a red flag. As soon as I got to my room, it was freezing around 60 degrees. I had to call maintenance right away, and it seemed like they were already familiar with the issue. Over the next few days, I had to call twice a day because the temperature kept swinging from extreme cold to unbearable heat. It never stayed at the setting I chose.
On top of that, there was no hot water during my entire stay. My friend in a separate room had the same problem.
The location is convenient, but unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing I can say. I wouldn’t stay here again.
