Read MoreWe had stayed at the hotel before. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool and jacuzzi were great. It was for this reason we decided to try this place again. However; upon arrival, we discovered that the pool area was closed and had been for a while. This was not mentioned when we made reservations. We were given a room on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. We entered the room and found that housekeeping had neglected to restore the room after the previous guests. We had to lug everything back down to the lobby to get another room. The room we were given is nicely laid out and spacious, how ever it is a bit run down. The mattresses are old and hard. The sofa has burn marks in the upholstery. The carpet is bunching up in front of the TV, so you have to watch your step. Some of the light switches are broken. The desk and table are high, and the chairs are low, so this makes them quite difficult to use with a laptop for business. The A/C Window unit is quite loud, so we opened the window, which was marginally better. We tried to use the bath fan for some ventilation, but it was noisy as well. We unfortunately had a non-refundable reservation, so we have to suffer for 3 nights. This place is ok. i suppose if you're desperate.
