If this is a 4 stars hotel, I'm a Nobel Prize for literature.
I'm not surprised that the average reviews of this hotel are so dramatically low.
It's seems that this "hotel" just use the brand and the position to take every single possible advantage of their vict...sorry, customers.
It looks more like a giant hostel, and the management of this hotel should be eradicated straight away.
For an hotel that can host at least 600 guests, with a continuous check in and out every single concierge and reception counter should be open for most of the time.
Thanks for adding a bit more of discomfort to our stay making us to collect our water bottle with a voucher from the minimarket.
My room was smelling a bit of old, no fridge, very tiny bathroom, at least the bed was quite comfortable.
I have no clue why in this "hotel" it's so difficult to charge your bills on the room, like it's normally happening in the rest of the world, first at the bar and than at the breakfast I have to argue with the staff because they "could not" charge the bill on the room, at least have the decency to advise us at the check in.
No draft beers served, and charging 10 $ for a can it simply scandalous for a "bar".
The so long queue at the, so called, breakfast buffet, it's totally unworthy for the Sheraton brand.
More than a hundred of people stuck in a very tiny room, and almost two hundreds more queueing outside, almost jumping over each other trying to collect their own portion really made me feel like I was and the food bank than in a hotel, and by the way, I think I had better food selection during my military training.
Of course at the check out, no preference desk for the flight crew.
Elementary basis of hotel hospitality are lacking, from someone who has spent almost 25 years working with it, feel free to ask for a free consultation.
Of course, not recommended at all
