Pool!I felt safe around here, there is a decent police presence everywhere. There are dark spots at night that you should be cautious about but that's everywhere.Bars, coffee, Bakery, Beach, it's all about small walk away.A ton of different restaurants in the area, from Asian to Italian and of course seafood.There is a private parking lot that you will get a parking pass for. This is a big deal because parking isn't great here when I came because of spring break.Great value
