My daughter’s pool toys, including her custom-fit goggle mask, were placed in a brown paper bag next to the door. Housekeeping came in and threw them out, even though it was clearly not trash. We noticed right away and alerted the front desk. The housekeeping manager denied taking anything but told us to speak with the front desk for compensation.
There was no manager on-site that day (our checkout day), and we were told to call back. We did, multiple times over the next few weeks, and left messages. No one ever got back to us. No follow-up, no apology, and no accountability.
On top of that, the bathtub drain was clogged and required maintenance during our stay. The whole experience was frustrating, and the idea of relaxing by the pool with our daughter was ruined by careless staff and poor customer service. Would not stay here again.
