Best hotel downtown, accommodations for groups with a great indoor pool and outdoor grill and basketball court. Staff was incredibly friendly and breakfast was consistently amazing our whole stay. Close to the river walk, capital building, and Iowa cubs. Clean, great service and great location.

Downtown is great loaction. Parking is big issue in Downtown though. Rooms are big and lavish. Kitchen is good. All the utensils were clean. Room service can be better. Great riverside view from rooms.

Everything was okay but we were charged 40 dollars for parking and we only stayed there for 1 night, so it should be 20 (which in itself was not a pleasant surprise). We can't reach out to let them know about this problem. Very frustrating!
