I didn’t picture everything unfortunately. Honestly I hate to give a bad review but I’m here for the people. People who spend their hard earned money. Whether staying for a night, or longer they deserve atleast a clean room to rest their head. One of my employers from the big e happen to book here and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences l've had. The first room they gave me was dirty.. smelled like cigarettes when I walked in. Hair in places it shouldn’t be. I took the sheets off the bed to ensure that that would be changed and there was a urine stained mattress cover. I ended up going to the front desk basically requesting full service because if it wasn’t for work I would’ve drove all the way home, immediately. The guy at the front desk said “oh..so you’re requesting full service?” And “I’ll see if the housekeeper has time.” The housekeeper came I got out of the room along with all of my stuff. I waited in my car for about 35 minutes until I saw her cart leave. I went upstairs to check the room to see what she did all she did was change the sheets and give new towels which okay thank you for that but didn’t wipe anything down there was still hair leftover so I went back to the front desk. They were dealing with another issue before I walked in. I explained the situation and they were nice about it the manager and another lady ended up switching/upgrading my room. One of the ladies brought my to the room and at first yes it already seemed cleaner but I wasn’t looking at everything I had training/work. The second room, still hair and even in the sheets in the bathroom black curly hair, again. I also saw a needle on the floor near my room. I didn’t take a picture but I wish I did. Honestly just didn’t feel comfortable. Also, another woman working for the same company was staying at the same place I was and even longer than I. Asked for her sheets to be changed there was a specific brown stain on the sheets. When she came back to her room the housekeeper pretended to have changed the sheets because the stain was still there. The rooms were just disgusting. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I have been coming to this location several times a year for several years. Let me say that not every single visit has been a bad experience but the bad experiences I have had have been incredibly bad. On one visit i got bed bugs which left hundreds of bites on my back and legs, and when I tried desperately to contact the manager of this location, Mrs. De La Cruz, she couldn't be bothered to even return my phone call to talk about such a serious matter that caused a medical issue for me. I wasn't asking for anything other than to acknowledge there was a problem. My second instance was a clogged shower drain and when I asked to have it fixed of course there was no one on staff to fix the problem and for 3 days I had to literally stand in my own filth to take a shower and no one seemed to care. The last instance which has prompted me to write this review was the fact that I found cigarette butts in my room in a not so hidden place and trash behind the bathroom sink. Let me say this, there is a gentleman named Geoffrey who seems to be the only single person keeping this entire place afloat. This man goes to extreme lengths to take care of anything that happens in this hotel but he seems to get no backup from his boss or at least not that I've seen. All three times I've simply asked for a phone call to discuss my issue with this manager and she refuses to communicate with me to remedy any situation. This gentleman has to stop what he's doing with other customers to remedy these issues the best he can with little or no support. For me this hotel is in a good location for my needs but there are several other hotels in this same location and I would advise you to find one of those and stay there, hell, there's even one right behind this hotel. If you do stay here, don't say you weren't forewarned. Oh, I forgot, during checkout this past trip, they were out of coffee in the lobby and had to make more .... No problem.... But I watched the person open up the coffee grounds packet with their teeth....
