Heads up, this place doesn't have anyone at the front desk from dusk till dawn, so if you're showing up late, be prepared to be unable to check in. My husband and I arrived late to find a sign on the door that said the front desk was unmanned from dusk till dawn and if assistance was needed to ring the bell or call the front desk. Both methods of communication failed to bring up anyone. We had to call the Red Roof corporate line to inform them of the situation, then went off to find a different hotel. The next day, the general manager of this Red Roof Inn emailed us to apologize, but it was a template response with no discussion of our specific problem. We emailed back asking for a refund and have received no reply. Do NOT do business with this place unless you're able and willing to work around them. Also, refunds have to happen through the franchise, not the corporation, which means we get no refund because the owner of this franchise hasn't given us one and has shown no signs of doing so.nTrip typenVacationnTravel groupnCouplenService: 1
